You need to get physiotherapy in the form of TENS or Ultrasound therapy in the interscapular region.

Apply hot packs to the affected region.

Avoid using thick pillow under your head while sleeping. Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Do Yoga for stress relief. Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep daily.

Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days. This is prescription medicine.
