Brief Answer:
May be muscle spasm.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

After going through your query I concluded that you may be suffering from muscle spasm.Rest and analgesics such as diclofenac will be of help. Omeprazole can be taken along with it to prevent acidity and thinking that pain may be due to acidity. Hot fomentation will be useful. But in my mind two possibilities are also there so if pain is not reduced by above said measures, please think about these also:-
1.ABDOMINAL pain specially pancreatic but no other associated symptoms are there. It can be ruled out by ultrasound abdomen and pancreatic region.
2.Pain of heart origin, less likely as it is worse lying down.ECG may be of help.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health.
Take care.
