Question: Thank you for checking on me. Although my mouth feels much better since taking vitamin B my discomfort seems to be centered around my tongue now. I
have been taking 1000mg of vitamin B each a day. I don't seem to wake up with the problem and I have been working a lot of hours and have been stressed. Didn't know if that could contribute.

Brief Answer:
Mouth sores

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
You should continue taking vitamin b12.
Alongwith this apply candid mouth paint 3 to 4 times a day for a week. Apply and wait for at least 10 minutes. Avoid rinsing with water or spitting.
Use hexidine mouth wash.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Wish you get well soon.
Thanks and regards
