Brief Answer:
Combination therapy is advised....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern.

I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious diseases specialist, answering your query.

Enterococcus is very resistant to routinely prescribed drugs as seen in the sensitivity reports attached.

It is necessary to treat such a organisms with combination of the antibiotics. It usually won't respond to single antibiotics.

Enterococcus should be treated with ampicillin and gentamycin combination.you can take above drugs under doctors guidance.

Mouth ulcer and gas in the stomach is because of acidity. You can take pantoprazole half an hour before meal under doctors guidance. I also advised you to take vitamin B complex under doctors guidance

Please maintain the local hygiene and cleanliness. It also helps in rapid clearing of any infections.

Please take plenty of waters, it helps flushing the infection.

I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me here or you can contact me on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Take drug under doctors guidance...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for asking query.

I request you to take the antibiotics under your doctors guidance.

Antibiotics sensitivity report attached here is not showing any high level aminoglycoside or high level penicillin resistant testing. Retesting of urine with one of the NABL accredited laboratory will give you extended results. This can help you in selecting proper antibiotic combination.

At this stage I can suggest you to take the combination of the antibiotics from group penicillin(Ampicillin) and aminoglycoside (Gentamycin). In that one destroys the cell wall of the bacteria (penicillin) and second one stops the protein formation (aminoglycoside).

Antibiotics can cause acidity and stomach ache. Continuation of omeprazole and probiotics with this antibiotics helps you to recover you from stomach problems.

It would be unethical and inappropriate to prescribe you scheduled drugs without doing a proper examination.

You can ask me for further queries here.
Thank you,
