Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
For menstrual migraine pain killers can be started 2 days prior to menstruation for few days. Estrogen supplements is another option. Oral contraception is another option for stopping periods and pain associated with it.
Magnesium can also be taken as supplement from the day 15 of menstruation till menstruation ceases.
Pain killers like mefenamic acid or naproxen can be taken for acute attack.
Triptans like sumatriptan or rizatriptan can be taken too.
Amitriptyline can be continued in the same dose.
Avoid fasting, excessive tea or coffee intake.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

magnesium tablets are not found when asked directly in pharma.they are asking for exact name.so sir can you please prescribe the magnesium tablets to be taken.
and also prescribe estrogen supplement tablets.
I dont have habbit of taking tea or coffee from my childhood.
And i use naproxen as a pain killer but can i take 3-4 tablets in a month.is it not harmful?
For how many years i have to be on medication?

And also i want to know whether this menstrual migraine has any chances to be cured by itself.or can they be cured during pregnancy?

And also please prescribe the the tablets

thanking you.
