Question: Should I have this lump on my skin checked by a doctor?

it's hard to see in this photo but it's right around the shin/upper calf area.

I think I mentioned something to my doctor on my shin before but she wasn't concerned. I just noticed this a few days ago, it may be the same thing. it feels hard, immobile almost like bone but I don't feel it on my other lower leg. no pain from it

thank you, should this be urgent? after reading about hematona I'm almost convinced that that is the likely diagnoses. my shins are subject to constant bruising from contact sports
