Question: I seem to have a lump inside the base of my penis (urethra). Could you provide some possible reasons or diagnoses?

It is not visible. I can just feel it if I put pressure and rub up from the base of the penis. It feels like the urethra is swollen at that spot, creating a lump.

Hello and welcome again,
If the limp is not visible, it is advisable to get an ultrasound of the base of penis to know whether there is formation of lump or not, what is the site of lump and what is its extend.
Further management can be done when the above parameters are known.
Consult an urologist for clinical examination, investigations and thus management.
