Brief Answer:
Possibility of lumbosacral radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having lumbosacral radiculopathy due to nerve root compression.
The abnormal sensation is due to compression.
Is there any weakness of foot, any slippage of slippers?
Any urinary complains?
You need to avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, squatting position.
Take pain killers with muscle relaxant like etoricoxib or Aceclofenac with thiocholchicoside or tizanidine.
Pain modulator drugs like pregabalin or amitryptiline or gabapentin can be used.
You need to get lumbar spine Mri if symptoms persists.
Visit a neurologist for detailed examination and investigation.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
