Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX,

Greetings from health care magic!!! I am Dr Thakker and shall be answering your question.

I can understand your concerns for backache. I will try my best to help you out.

Can you please provide me with the following specific information:

exact location of pain, nature if it is throbbing/ pricking/pressure type, intensity on scale of 1 to 10, radiation to other areas?

What are the exaggerating factors?

What are the relieving factors?

Any bowel / bladder complaint?

Any history of injury to back?

Any weakness perceived in the legs?

I also like to know more about your past medical history and occupation.

This information will help me to narrow down to a differential diagnosis to know the cause of your back pain.

I would recommend you a pain reliever and a muscle relaxant for symptomatic relief. rules of the website do now permit me to prescribe a particular medicine.

I would also suggest warm water fomentation for symptomatic relief.

I would also suggest a basic X-ray of the lumbar spine to look for any slip disc/ degenerative diseases of the spine.

I hope this helps you out. If you have any more questions, please do not hesitate to write back to me.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Thakker.
