Brief Answer:
Investigate underlying cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Investigating underlying cause and treating it is the treated of low sperm count, as there can be many underlying cause leading to it.

First of all is getting treated if there are and STD infections. So get checked for STDs.

Supportive treatment includes improving the diet, losing or gaining weight as needed, not smoking, reducing alcohol and caffeine intake, and avoiding hot tubs, tight underwear, and other factors that may create excessive heat around the testicles and reduce sperm count.

Medications that may be used include fertility drugs, vitamin E, vitamin C, antioxidants and hormone therapy.A doctor can help you decide medications.

Get ultrasound of scrotum done to see if at all the testis and their blood supply are fine.

If this fails still with advance fertility techniques , you can have baby.Where doctors can isolate one of your health sperm to fertilize an ovum. This will be kind of last resort you can opt for.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.

Brief Answer:
Yes, I had seen the snap.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

1.I had seen the snap. But its only one test for infection that has been done. There are other STD screening tests to be undertaken.Doctor can help you with referral.
2.There are good chance to get sperm count to normal, once underlying cause is treated.
3.Yes, you can surely get baby even at this count with assistance of doctor and higher fertility techniques. So dont worry.Try treatment to improve sperm count and in case that fails , you always have doctors to help you have baby.
4.Get ultrasound of scrotum done, since you are in sports.
