Brief Answer:
What are the numbers?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this persistent below normal levels of VitD. Truth be told that at least 80% of persons have lower levels of VitD than recommended in the general society. At this time, there is a huge debate on what the recommended cut off should be. However, this doesn't explain why you have low levels. I will like to know what your readings have been and whether they have stayed the same of have been increasing gradually. Also, vitamin D is not gotten from fruits and vegetables. The lone source for humans is sunlight? Do you often get the opportunity to be exposed to sunlight? Do you use sunscreen lotions? These are al possible reasons for the levels to be lower.

I will like to get more details from you. It is a worldwide phenomenon and has challenged questions about the normal levels of VitD in humans.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
