Brief Answer:
Do not give Noworm daily

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I completely understand your concerns but don't worry. This is a common complaint in this age group. It can be corrected by following measures in most of the cases:
1. Give a gap of 3-4 hours in between meals. If he feels hungry in between then just offer water. Let him be hungry for the meals.
2. Enrich meal with good balanced diet. Protein rich diet such as eggs, pulses, meat, chicken etc is good. Avoid water before and during meals.
3. Avoid high carbohydrate intake such as juices, beverages, chocolate, etc. These suppress the appetite.
4. Give 1-2 bowls of fruits daily.
5. In case the appetite is still low then start multivitamin such as Syp. Bevon ( 5 ml once daily) for 2 weeks.
6. Rule out anemia by your pediatrician or hemoglobin levels. If present, it may require iron or vitamin B12/Folic acid supplements.
7. Avoid punishment for food. Let him enjoy the time by eating together.

Do not give him Noworm daily. It's given only on day 1 and 14 (10 ml each).

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
