Question: Hello Doctor my daughter is 5 years and 6 months old.She had an eye exam by an opthamologist last year and wearing spectacles. Now she keeps complaining of things that are closer looks far away.she says her eyes are burning sometimes
I am getting concerned. could you please suggest what to do.

Any ideas what this could be?

I would ask you to get the eye tested again most likely the problem is with either convex or caoncave lens or with axis of eye.I would suggest you to take him to optometerist,There is some thing definitely wrong with number of eye glasses.Once corrected she will feel much better.
Till that time antihistaminic eye drop should be used for providing relief in eye burning sensation.
