Brief Answer:
post lichen planus hyperpigmentation, topical creams will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to health care magic.I can understand your concern.

Marks are due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

This is a common condition and will subside with time.It may take around 3 to 6 months for complete cure. For faster results a steroid cream like momate at day time and kojic acid containing cream at night will help. Along with this chemical peels will probably help.As per my opinion lasers have no role in this case.

I hope this will help you.In case of any concern i will be happy to help you.Take care.
