Brief Answer:
Your symptoms may or may not be due to one disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Your symptoms are all quite varied, and may or may not be due to one disease.
You need to get examined by a team of doctors, including an Urologist for your
left flank pain, with a CT-IVU scan report,
a Neurologist, for your symptoms of brain fogging and fatigue, with reports of video-EEG, MRI scan, thyroid profile, blood sugar, and liver function tests,
an Allergy specialist, with a CBC, AEC,for your rashes,
and a general physician for weight gain, and other symptoms.
According to their advice, follow the treatment, and you should improve considerably.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Not a single disease causing all your symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Let me assure you that, all your symptoms are not caused by any one of the diseases, listed by you.
As you don't have jaundice, forget about Gilbert's syndrome and Hepatitis C.
Adrenal gland disease alone may cause skin striae, but not the other symptoms.
Hypothyroidism can be present, and detected by doing the tests i mentioned.
Lymes disease may also be present, if you've a pet at home, or in constant touch with animals, around your home.
Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.
