Brief Answer:
Do take it after meals.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
After a viral infection persistent joint pain may happen due to a minor chronic viral infection. This joint pain usually takes 4-6 months to subside. It is best to get your vitamin D 3 levels evaluated to rule out any other cause of such joint pains. Hifenac is a safe drug. You can take it on as and when required basis. Be careful to take after meals to avoid any ulcer formation. You can take it regularly for upto 3 weeks.
I hope this answers your query.

thank you doctor. my vitD was low in Nov. I was advised to take d360. now I rechecked and my vitD has come up to the normal. my ESR was high (43)in XXXXXXX I started ayurvedic medicine.Sallaki was prescribed which reduced my pain. but not 100%. so I used to have hifenac on and off. I have few questions: 1) hifenac 100mg should I take everyday once in the night only?
2) I have to join back work, sit in the A/c 9hrs, shall I go ahead with it?
3)Can I start excersise?
4) should I take vitD supplement more often?
5)should I continue Sallaki?
