Hi dear!
I understand your health issue but to determine the proper diagnosis I need more details.
Is the first time you have these problem?
Red bumps where like a vesicle ?
Have you used over the counter creams?
Do you have cheese like vaginal discharge?

If you can please upload a picture of your genitals and I will try to help you.

I very seldom get these types of symptoms.
not sure what a vesicle is, but they are large red lesions on the outer area of my vagina. I have a severe burning/itching sensation, but no odor or cheese like discharge. Yes, I used a vaginal cream but it hasn't relieved my symptoms.

I've sent some photos

Brief Answer:
They are genital ulcers

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again.
All these lesions you have are genital ulcers.
To relive your symptoms and to accelerate the process of healing you should try these advice:
1.Sitz baths with warm water adding polividone XXXXXXX ( 1 liter of water with 2 table spoon of p.j)3 to 4 times in a day
2.keep them dry
3.Take over the counter creams that contain corticosteroide(you can use 2 to 3 times for 3-5 days)
4.Use much more water to make your urine more diluted ,and take a genital bath after every going to bathroom.
If you symptoms will persist or will going bad then contact with a doctor.

Brief Answer:
Explanation is given below....

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again!
There are many reasons except STI(herpes, syphilis )that can cause genital ulcers and these are called non -sexually acquired genital ulcers(NSGU)
The most common reasons of of NSGU are:
Epstein Bar virus
Behcet syndrome
Genital Chron disease
or unknown origin.
If they will heal by using local corticosteroid cream and they will not repeat another time there is nothing to worry about ,but if they will repeat you should contact with a gynecologist.

Povidone-iodine is Betadine,a disinfectant solution.
