Question: 73 non-smoker/drinker no major health problems.
Condition for about 3 yr. What causes of 4 itching pink spots on jaw skin?

Seems to be due to age related sun damage

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph though it is not very clear.

The red spot on your jaw seems to be due to age related solar damage .

If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the red spots twice daily for 2-3 weeks along with application of high spf sunscreen at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.
