Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I have seen the attached photographs also.
I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are having a condition called Acanthosis nigricans.
It is characterised by thickening of the skin mainly involving groins, lower abdomen, armpit, back of neck.
It may be asymptomatic or may be associated with itch also.
The other possibility for your symptoms is a condition of skin called Tinea cruris et corporis.
It is fungal infection of skin involving groims and other body parts. Its is characterised by red colored itchy scaly rash.
it is more common in diabetic patients, obese patients. The predisposing factors for fungal infection are hot humid climate, excess sweating.
As of now, I would advise you to apply antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the eroded areas.
You make take antihistaminics like levocetrizine for symptomatic relief.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him.
