Brief Answer:
You need to take tablet fexofinadine 180 twice a day.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for your query.
I can understand your concern regarding urticaria.
You need not to worry as it is not a major disease.
You need to take medicine regularly.
Take tablet fexofinadine 180 mg twice a day, after meal.
In severe case you may require short course of steroid also. You must consult dermatologist before taking any medicine except fexofinadine.
Kindly follow my suggestion listed below,
- Avoid smoking, tobacco and direct sun exposure.
- Avoid processed and packed food.
- Drink plenty of water a day, avoid soft drinks.
- Wear cotton and full sleeve cloths.
- Wear face mask when going in dusty or polluted area.
It takes time to get rid of urticaria. It depends upon the cause.
In most case within 8-10 weeks it subsides.

I hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if you have any query.
Regards
Dr Gaurav Patel

Brief Answer:
Continue tab Montec- lc with tab Allegra.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for writing back.
Levocetirizine in montek-lc and fexofenadine in allegra are anti-allergics. In my opinion, you can take tab Montec-lc with Tab Allegra. Both are different medicine and give good result.
This medicine is safe.

I hope I answered your query.

Wish you speedy recovery.
