Brief Answer:
Use Rashfree ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may use the Rashfree ointment (instead of siloderm) for complete cure of nappy rashes. Also, use the following measures for complete cure and future prevention of such rashes:
1. Regularly change the damp nappies and diapers. Do not continue with damp nappy for long.
2. Clean the area with wet baby wipes or wash it with lukewarm water at each change.
3. Let the area completely air dry before next nappy.
4. Apply Rashfree ointment thin layer before using next nappy/diaper.
5. Change to petroleum jelly( thin layer) before using nappy once the rashes completely improve for further prevention

Hopefully this will help in improving your baby's rashes completely in a few days.
Take care

Brief Answer:
use rashfree or desitin rapid relief ointment

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would not recommend you Candid B. It's not an appropriate drug for nappy rash.
I would strongly recommend Rashfree or Desitin rapid relief cream for use. These have zinc oxide which works wonders in nappy rash by forming protective layer instantly.
Candid B doesn't have zinc oxide, so not of much use in such rashes.
