Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation
Question: Hi am 27 year old woman. Am basically from banglore nw am staying in XXXXXXX on my office work from past 3months.. Because of weather conditions or nt but I was getting my periods every 21days once after I came to XXXXXXX In between I went to banglore that tym I had sex with my husband without protection. My periods was supposed to come on 23Rd November but yet I didn't get. 15days I gt pregnancy kit and tested myself but result was negative. Again I went banglore on new year had sex again. Am really worried about my periods as we having planning fr 1 more year. Pls suggest me to get periods soon. Am away from my husband nw on my office work I can't handle myself.. Pls suggest me

I have read your question and understood your concern.
Since you have had sex on new year's there is a small chance that you could be pregnant. The most important thing to do now would be to wait till January 15 to do a home pregnancy test then. This is because it will take 2 weeks from the day of sex and ovulation to get a positive pregnancy test.
So, just wait up till January 15, if you do get period on your own till then its fine , if not do a pregnancy test on XXXXXXX 15, not before that as then the result will not be conclusive if done before January 15.
If this test is negative we can take tablet Duphaston from January 15 to 19 to get your periods.
Anxiety will not help you and lead to more stress.
Take Folic acid 5 mg in the months you are trying to get pregnant , for proper development of the baby. you can start it today itself, and continue till you get pregnant.
