Brief Answer:
He is at one of the best centers ... Any Histology diagnosis ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I have read all the three pages you have attached herewith, understood the problems,

Just a small question:
Was any specimen of the tissues sent for histo-pathology to see if there is tuberculosis, actinomycosis or so? This is very important as the fistulae are multiple interconnected.

I think personally your brother is in the best hands with the best management I can think of as per the synopsis you have provided.

If possible also post a clear picture / photograph of the abdomen.

Please provide recent reports of Hemoglobin, Liver Function tests including serum proteins, Urea, Creatinine, so that that I can add on some information.
