Suggest Treatment For Internal Hemorrhoids

Question: I have interal hemmoroids that ocassionaly bleed, but the last three days i have a steady stream of blood when i have a bowel movement. it stops in about 5 min. after bowel movement. no pain involved. not sure if I need some kind of repair down there. Thank you for any recomendation.

1 smooth
2no burning
3 ive had similar bleeding but this is squerting and lasting longer, (several min)
4 abdominal pain but i almost always deal with that (ibs)
5 bleeding stops but I could not get suppositorie to stay in

7 no smoking, no alcohol for a couple days but I drank a few beers over weekend

Im pretty sure its a tear in my hemoriod and not sure how to get it fixed. been going on for 3 days.

Thanks for the details .

* I strongly recommend to consult a Consultant surgeon and get proctoscopy
examination to confirm the diagnosis of bleeding hemorrhoid , as
there may be component of IBS also contributing .

* Suggestions for better recovery of possible tear in hemorrhoid :

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Diet rich in high fiber content with green leafy veg , legumes , cereals , pulses
- Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg stuffs , beverages , alcohol of any type .
- Sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 10 minutes each
3 times a day and additionally after passing stool ) help recovery faster .
- Avoid stress , anxiety .
- Have regular sound sleep of 8 hours .
- Avoid exposure to excess heat , long drives , sitting on hard surfaces .
- Medicines for bleeding ( like tranexamic acid , ethamsylate or others ) must
only be taken after doctor consultation only .
