Brief Answer:
It may be minor allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.

Itchy and warm skin in the absence of rash is not problematic, it must be minor allergic reaction. If it has developed recently then correlate it's onset with the events like taking new drug, eating food that is not a part of your regular diet, exposure to toxins, polluted environment and water, travelling at different places etc. Just take cetrizine or levocetrizine tablets, you will be alright. It wont last for long. If the itching is severe then you can also take avil tablet, but anti-allergy drugs are sedating keep that in mind.

Insomnia can be primary without any precipitating cause or secondary to other problems like psychological and medical. If you have primary insomnia then taking drugs like zolpidem, zopiclone, eszopiclone for short term will be beneficial to you. If it is secondary to stress, anxiety, depression, jet lag, change in the place repeatedly etc. then the primary cause should be addressed.
Try to figure out your primary, meanwhile you can take drugs for insomnia I have mentioned above. You need to get prescription from your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. If you further query fell free to ask. Wishing you good health.
