Brief Answer:
Urgent ENT examination.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

How old is the injury? How many days back he had this nose trauma?

The way he describe his symptoms 'feels blood going down his throat' and 'sinuses hurt badly',mandates an ENT examination on a priority basis.

I suggest you to take him to an ENT specialist,in person.Only after a thorough examination,an assessment of injury can be made.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
