Brief Answer:
Tibolone

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
You should drink a lot of water and avoid hot and humid climates. Lessen your intake of caffeine and eat lots of salads and fruits. Include nuts especially walnuts in your daily diet and increase intake of soy proteins.
But in case it doesn't subside or is bothersome then you have to switch to hormone replacement therapy.
Most commonly used drug for that now a days is tibolone which is very effective and has minimal side effects but before taking hormones examination by a gynecologist is necessary.
All the best.
