Question: I wake earlier and earlier every morning and I feel very unsettled and worried about my life situations. throughout the day I get moments that feel like triggered reminders and I feel as though my heart is speeding up and I feel stressed but I have nothing to pinpoint as the trigger or whatnot. I need to calm down. What is going on?
