Brief Answer:
Sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Headache from allergies is often due to chronic sinusistis. Here are my suggestions to you

1. Oxymetazoline nasala drops helps to clear out the sinuses
2. Do steam inhalations twice a day, this will liquify the solidified mucous
3. Get a CT scan of the Para nasal sinuses
4. Approach an ENT specialist with the scan, it might require surgical intervention in the form of FESS
5. Avoid cold food items

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Brief Answer:
Oesophageal tear

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for getting back

From the history you have given me it looks like you have had minute oesophageal tears which has lead to your blood stained vomitus. It is self healing and you have nothing to worry about. If you notice blood stained stools I recommend that you get an endoscopy to rule out ulcers in the stomach.
