Suggest treatment for hair fall and dandruff

Your main issue is that of severe dandruff and hair fall. You need to take continous treatment for the same. You should start intake of tablet biotin 10 mg daily once a day for atleast three months continously . This will help in solving the problem of hair fall. Now for the dandruff that you have, you can use any anti dandruff shampoo like selsun shampoo or head and shoulders twice a week. But make sure you leave it over the scalp for some five minutes for it to act before you wash it off. In addition,you will need to apply a topical steroid lotion like beclomethasone lotion once a day over the scalp at the problem areas. You can use something like betnovate lotion or bettamousse once a day. You should avoid application of oil over the scalp. Also you should wash your hair regularly.
