Brief Answer:
Very Unlikely.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P

Growth in height is very less likely as there occurs fusion of cartilage ( means the long bones fuse which in turn doesn't allow further growth of bones )

However if your long bones have not yet fused there could be a chance . You can get to know that by getting X ray of knee joint.

Hope this information was useful.
Any clarification feel free to ask .

I know I will not have any more major growth because my growth spurt was in 7th grade, but I was hoping I could grow a half inch I really want to be 6'2.
I think I do slouch a lot when I stand Is it possible I could be an inch taller if I learn to stand completely straight?
