Question: Hello Dr Patra. XXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXXXX here. Thank you for inquiring about my health status. I went for a third opinion to a gynecologist her findings where normal vaginal bacteria with no yeast overgrowth. Unfortunately I still experienced abdominal discomfort. To make a long story short I ended up inpatient due to extreme abdominal distress. After three days inpatient with IV antibiotics, Protonics, cat scans with contrast, upper GI scope and a gall bladder functioning test the diagnosis was Gastritis. The lining of my stomach was extremely inflamed. That did not XXXXXXX me be causes of the differing medications that were prescribed for me which I took. I am home now recovering. It's interesting how treatment can become so dramatic Thank you again. I'm grateful for your services.

I suggest to AVOID medicines like Painkiller or NSAIDs (Ibuprofen, Aspirin), which can aggravate gastritis.

Take easy digestible light diet, drink more water, avoid stress or anxiety and take sound sleep to build a healthy lifestyle. Maintain genital hygiene properly.
