Hello doctor,

thank you for your reply, please see the below answers..

1-this started few months back...after a sonography doctor told us that the stones are really small and should pass by taking medcine.

2- doctor prescribed mom "Pantin L" wbich i understand is just for acidity.

3- she sometimes has stomach aches.. she also faces acidity quite often

4- she has headaches sometimes, for this she has been having Serta 25, Neurokind plus and fludaic 20 for four years. this has been working well.

5- i have attached the usg report.

6- blood tests were done...i have attached the results pic with sonography as well.

7- yes she is passing stool regularly.

Brief Answer:
Please e-mail the reports to YYYY@YYYY ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Welcome back,

Thanks for the answers, well sorry to say that I can't see any reports , in that case please e-mail the reports to YYYY@YYYY and keep the subject as ATTN: Dr Arnab Banerjee, i'll get them..

Now from your description it seems like that your treating doctor has done the right thing only. As he rightly mentioned that small stones shoudn't cause much problems and should get passed/dissolved.

Also Pantin-L should be continued for the time being and she needs to be under routine follow-up for further evaluation of the current problem(whether it's improving or not).

Yes She may continue the other medications as they seemed to be providing symptomatic relief from headache.

She's passing motion regularly, that's always a good sign.

Now please mail those reports so that I can have a look at it and let you know.

Regards

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome back,

No, I hvn't received them , please check the spellings and the e-mail id and also whether the subject is addressed properly as i've mentioned earlier..

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Welcome back,
Sorry for the delay due to technical reason,

Well I've finally seen all those reports and let me assure you that the stones are indeed quite small and should get passed over a period of time. The atrophic ovary however needs further evaluation as 40yrs is quite early for menopause but still not impossible in urban lifestyle.

For the time being continue all as already advised.

The blood reports are also quite alright. It's just a few dietary modifications that is needed to be done .

Tell her to drink a lot of water, avoid spicy and fatty meal . Also avoid too salty junk foods, raw tomato , cabbage like foods.

A timely follow-up , say in every 6 months to 1 year is needed to see how she's doing.

Let me know if I can help you further.

Regards
