Question: My genital is not circumcised. These days after doing hard intercourse my tip skin of my organ shows a cut mark and swollen and pains a lot. Next day I find white curd type matter around the tip and when I clean it it again appears. Sometime i experience little itching around the tip after cleaning. Is it a yeast infection?

Brief Answer: Yeast infection, take regular treatment Detailed Answer: Hi I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same. You seem to have developed a fungal infection of the penile region which is candida infection. You need to to keep affected area clean and dry. You can wash it with lukewarm water twice a day . Apply a topical antifungal cream like canestan cream over the affected areas twice a day . In addition you might need to take some oral antifungals like tablet fluconazole 150 mg once a week for two weeks . Do not apply any other cream or oil over it . Hope it helps Dr Geetika Paul

Brief Answer: Treatment of yeast infection Detailed Answer: Hi again You can continue to take azithral as advised. However I would recommend you to use candid cream instead of candid b cream. Candid cream is the same as canestan cream. Dr Geetika Paul
