Question: Dear Doc
My digestion is very poor. Every morning I have to go to toilet atleast 3 times and the stools are very soft. After eating I get a bit of discomfort in body mid part. I see undigested food particles in stool. I feel urge to go to toilet before going out as precaution. Lots of burps while sleeping that makes me wake up instantly- it happens multiple times. I get tired easily and lose energy very fast.

Docs dont diagnose the root problem correctly and prescribe a whole regime of medicines which does not work.

If more info is required please let me know before advising anything.

1.How long your are suffering from this problem? after which episode your problem started?
This is a very old problem. The poor digestion started a long time back and the excessive burps started at least 2 years back. The place where I spent majority of my childhood had so much salt in water.
I remember during that time I had to go to toilet a lot of times before leaving for school and in order to control it I used to eat EnteroQuinol tablets in morning. After that I believe the problem became psychological also. I would force myself to go to toilet to avoid feeling the need to go to toilet later.
Today also I dont like going palces where I wont have easy access to toilet.

I had also developed a small kidney stone also which was removed by medicines only within 15 days and it didnt come after that.

2.What is the diagnosis made by your treating physician?
The allopathic docs would give antibiotics + antacids etc.
I am not aware of what medicines which the homeopathic docs gave.
In Ayurveda I had Liv52 Zandu Pancharishtha (general meds) and some specially prescribed medicines too (most of them were antacids I believe)

3.Did you suffer any other medical cause Like irritable bowel syndrome, Diabetes, thyroid dysfunction,or any other?
I did some research and found that my symptoms match IBS. I dont have any other problem. But due to this stomach issue I have developed some anxiety disorder but dont take any medicine for it.

4.What is your occupation and Lifestyle:
I work in shifts that rotate every month which included morning/evening and night shifts :(
5.Your weight and height?
weight 62 Kgs, Height 5 feet 10 inches
(Need to gain weight also but I guesss the food does not have any effect as it does not get digested properly at the first place)

6.What are the medication you used In past /current:(ayurvedic,homeo,allopathic medicine)
All types of treatments.

7.Which factor or food triggers or influence your problem?
I am not sure on this. I have not seen any pattern to say if I have intolerance to something but it could be possible.

I used to eat non veg (and recently a bit of alcohal just for 2 months on Saturdays) which I quit about a month back thinking these 2 could be possible reason but it didnt have much effect.

Let me know if any more info is neded.
