Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you have fractured tibia. You would like to know what foods and possible supplements you could take to help promote bone growth. I would recommend that you eat a good diet with protein and calcium. The calcium and protein you can get with milk. You could then supplement that with vitamin D 1000 IUs daily. This will also help absorb the calcium your eating and allow for bone growth. If you want you can take calcium supplements like tums so you can optimize your calcium amount without having to drink so much milk. Other sources of Calcium are green vegetables and broccoli.

In summary
1. High protein and calcium diet
2. Milk and milk products
3. Green vegetables
4. Vitamin D supplement 1000IU daily
