Brief Answer:
Fissured eczema feet ,need care

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
Your wife is basically developing recurrent fissured eczema over the feet.
This skin condition is aggravated by cold and dryness. So it is very important to regularly apply a good moisturizer two to three times a day over the feet along with application of oil once or twice .This will keep the skin hydrated and well moisturized and will prevent development of cracks .A lso she should try to regularly wear warm socks during winters .
In the case any fissures develop , she should apply clobetasol cream over the area twice daily till the time the fissures heal .
Remember moisturization is the most important part of treatment in her case .

Hope it helps
