Suggest Treatment For Flatulence And Throat Pressure After Taking Diclofenac

Question: For Dr. XXXXXXX Bhavsar

Hope u will be fine. i have some questions , Sir as you told me to take diclofenac 50 mg for 5 days. Day before yesterday i have finished 5 days. and now i am taking only anti allergic. Now sir i have a slight pain at the end of my tongue. a slight pain at back of the head when i swallow my sliva, Also a slight pain (bump or itchy area) is on my toungh. I am gargling with salted water 4 times a day. is that could be a reason?
One thing i have to mention that i was a patient of acid reflux and during the time when i have this problem of acid reflex i was feeling a tightness or pressure in thorat. Now i think after medications that started again. Also too much stomach gass i have now. i have muscle twitching that can start any time any where in body.
kindly suggest me something. my throat is not completey recovered and now this stomach gass and thorat pressure started.

Diclofenac can worsen underlying GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
So your current worsening of gas in stomach, chest tightness, throat pressure etc are mostly due to diclofenac intake.
Take combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide.
This will solve your GERD symptoms.
Avoid hot and spicy food.
Go for walking after meals.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Are you taking anything for acid reflux?

I was not taking any thing for acid reflux. because from last one year i did not observe this. and this started now from 2 days. for acid reflux and throat pressure i am not as much worried as i am worried about tonsils or lymp nodes. now i dont have much pain in throat but a slight pain is still there. in my throat . and i feel throat muscles have pain. Not as much that i could not eat or drink but still a slight pain there. i observed my throat and i believe still i have tonsils or some infection of someting that still not recovered. i want to recover . kindly suggest something.
Before all this problem i was using zinc tables . bjt after this tonsil problems i am not taking that. is zinc could be a reason of tonsilles ?

Honestly speaking, there is no such side effects of zinc.
Don't think too much. Start pantoprazole and levosulperide combination on empty stomach twice daily for 5 days.

Sir my question is about lymp node. now sir i found one lymp node that us little hard in my right jaw line. problem is i dont have specific pain on it but after touching it i can now feel it now.. everytime something happened that cause me again stressed. now throat pain is reduced very much but not fully finished . sir dont know whether i have tonsilitis or i have some infection that cause lymp nodes. means first time i feel pain when i visit doctor . that pain i feel when i swallow something. that was under toung or throat. but if i check my throat i can feel a slight swollen area in tonsil location. kindly help me.

Sir pain location is not a one place.. i can observe at any place under chin. ear pain. throat pain slight during swillow. slight near jaw line.does every one jave lymps in law line? its not very hard but i can feel.
Also sir tell me my back head pain up to neck area is also related with these issues. and by picture can u tell me about tonsil does i have?

If tonsils are enlarged, upper portion of them are usually visible in oral examination which is were absent in your picture.
So I don't think you are having enlarged tonsils.

I clearly told you that your tonsils an pharynx are normal an no need to worry for enlarged tonsils.
Still you say that my answer is giving you more tension.

And how can you be so sure that you are having lymphnode?
I think you should avoid all the worries. Forget all the pains.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
If you do ultrasound of neck, I am I will आलू come normal.

sir it doesnt means that i am blaming you.. i visit doctor and he give me medcines antibiotics which i shared with you.. there could be some reason thats why he give me medicines.
Now sir believe me when i drink in throat down side above chest bone i feel something. its not pain but someth that i am thinking also a lympnode. and also in jaw line which i today found.
now if i swollow my sliva i feel some think near jaw line and also back of head tirednes.. although these are less but still there.
