Brief answer.....explained below
Detailed answer.....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
First of all let me assure you that there is nothing to worry.
The most common cause for fatty liver is alcohol, however there are other reasons also which can result in this condition. These reasons are high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, obesity, use of pain killers and herbal preparation, consuming lot of junk foods, processed foods and non veg foods.
Frankly speaking there is no specific medicine to cure fatty liver.
What to do....
Do regular aerobic exercises for 40-45 minutes a day
Shed your weight.
Stop taking processed, junk foods and deep fried foods like pizza burger pasta, cakes pastry, biscuits, cheese, butter, ice creams, white sugar, white bread and cold drinks like colas.
Stop red meat and chicken.
Consume healthy foods like brown rice, whole wheat, oats, green vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts.
Take fish and prawns,if you like non veg.
You can take milk thistle as advised.
As far as itching is concerned, this fatty liver has no relation with it.
It seems to due to some allergy for which you can consult a skin specialist but can take tablet FEXOFENADINE 180 mg every night for next 15 days.
I again say that just relax as this is no serious problem and can be easily rectified by changing the lifestyle as advised above.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Thanks Dr for the very detailed info. I can stay calm now.
I forget to mention that the itching problem is happening especially at day or next day when am having chicken (mostly). That itching is very mild. Its hard to see difference in the hands. Its looking so normal. Very few countable sores am getting in the tip of fingers, thats actually causing me pain. Its like pinning. It lasts for day for particular point. Then it heals automatically. Again its happening at some other point. After washing hand in hot water, it feels good. But I am feeling uncomfortable. Can it be symptoms of any disease or May be bacterial infections.

Hello,
Your itching seems to be due to allergy only as you yourself is mentioning that it occurs after eating chicken.
I would advise you to abstain from eating chicken for 2-4 weeks and seethe response.
Thanks
