Question: symptoms ----- fatigue, light headedness, slight tingling. symptoms occur daily for 2-3 hours for the last three weeks. all unusual for me

I read your question and i understand your concern. At age of 26 i don't think there should be some heart problem as you don't have any prior history and your problem is of just a few weeks and the symptoms are conventional of dizziness fatigue and paresthesia.

Although his statement to get it reviewed by a cardiologist is worth consideration and may be pointing towards some pathology in the ekg. It's too early to tell. lets wait for the cardiologist, take some antivert for the dizziness and some tylenol for the fatigue. However these symptoms should be correlated for the cardiac etiology.
