Brief Answer:
Can be due to hormonal disturbance.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Hyperhidrosis, is a condition where in a person sweats excessively. Such people sweat even when the temperature is cool or at rest. it could be due to,
1.) Anxiety.
2.) Smoking.
3.) Alcoholism.
4.) Hyperthyroidism and various other causes.
5.) Menopause
Kindly get a Opinion from a dermatologist so that he/she can evaluate you and rule out the cause for adequate treatment. You can use a Anti perspirant after discussing it with your Doctor for example, products containing 10% to 20% aluminum chloride hexahydrate by applying to the affected areas.

Also get a Opinion for Acne which occur due to blockage of skin pores by excessive secretion of oil from the sebaceous glands of skin. You can apply anti acne creams after getting a opinion from Dermatologist.
Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You should avoid coffee, alcoholic beverages, onions and garlic which have strong odors.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
it may not be related.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The lying on a side or rubbing can just be a chance that makes you aware of the sweating. it may not be a trigger to sweating.
Hope my answer is helpful.

About four years ago, I was diagnosed with ventricular tachicardia. I was given a catheter ablation to treat it, and it corrected an irregular heart beat that I've had since I can remember, but I still experience the rapid heart beats every now and again when Im out running or doing some other strenuous activity. Another thing that I've had since I can remember is excessive sweating, and I mean very excessive. What it takes for a normal person to sweat, it would take A LOT LESS for me. My question is, is the excessive sweating linked to the tachycardia? Of course, tachycardia causes the fast heart beat which in turn causes the sweating, but even when Im not experiencing the rapid irregular heart beats, I still manage to completely soak a t shirt when the guy next to me whose done the same amount of work is completely dry, aside from a few sweat beads on the forehead.

I suffer from excessive sweating . My body is nearly always clammy and my head drives me insane. I have sweat running down behind my ears and my face beads with sweat. My mother suffered the same problem. I am 58 yrs old. This has become worse in the last 5 to 8 yrs. I am on efexor for severe chronic depression. I also take seroquin, prescribed in the last 2 mnths. Mobic, nexium and I take panadol osteo. It can be only 2 or 3 degrees, and as soon as I start to vacuum I start to sweat. I usually wear a sweat band at work . I don t even own a coat. If I have a warm drink it starts.

HI. All my teen years I've never filled out in my clothes. I been worried about this for a long time. I just turned 17 and I have breast..but they are small. I am healing from a chocking phobia- it made me not eat. now im 120. i lost 10 pounds. But now that I'm eating, I still cant fill out. i been wondering if its my acid reflux. everything i eat churns and cramps in my stomach. i always get bloaded. I am very depressed in all aspects, especially when the younger people make fun of me or act like they are better just because they are more filled out. I also have hyperhidrosis..
