Hi welcome to HealthcareMagic,
this is post nasal drip.

This is caused by acid reflux.

Take Omeprazole/Pantoprazole 40mg once daily before meals and an anti allergic like Fexofenadine for two weeks.

But mainly check your diet to see if you are eating too spicy, sour, too much tea/coffee, colas, peanuts etc. that is causing the problem.
