Brief Answer:
It seems psychological Erectile Dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me with appropriate details.

As per the available history and blood investigations and penile doppler study there is clear evidence that no organic lesions exist for your problem. In other words presence of morning erections, having successful masturbation and finding difficulty in penetration is clearly indicative of psychological Erectile Dysfunction.

I must assure you that this is treatable condition and in expert hands most of the patients respond well.

For further treatment you need to visit a psychiatrist without delay. I know it may seem weird for you but he is the only person to treat your psychological Erectile Dysfunction.

Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
