I am 30 years old man from XXXXXXX I have problem to have sex,my penis will erect if I watch a movie but if I want to do with a girl or a lady,my body temperature raises and there will not be erection.kindly help me so that there will be election during sex and I don't have ER dysfunction

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem in getting erection when you attempt to have sex with female partner which otherwise yo are getting good erection while watching porn moves .
In a normal healthy man without any health issue this is mind related and due to what is called as performance anxiety.
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Thank you doctor for your answer definitely I will follow the treatment like exercise and vitamin food.give me any medication apart from sedanafil coz it got lot of side effects.please suggest me
