Brief Answer:
You need to do further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has problem of erectile dysfunction since last 4 years..

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on his problem.
1) Is he diabetic ?
2) Have you consulted qualified Urologist?

In view of he not getting Erection even after taking Viagra,Levitra etc his problem of ED is likely to be due to vascular insufficiency.

Please consult qualified Urologist and get his Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis done to find any Arterial insufficiency or Venous leak as a cause of his Ed.

Further treatment will depend upon result of this test and final diagnosis.

Musali Capsules that you have asked about is a herbal medicine and does not proved scientifically to be effective in ED.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Hello Doctor,
He is not a Diabetic.
Some doctors back in XXXXXXX asked my husband to get circumcised, so he done with that last year. Then he consulted Urologist, but he did recommend to go with our family doctor suggestion.

Thank you

Please get the test done I have suggested in my reply earlier.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
In view of the poor response to Viagra in getting hard erection .It is advisable to rule out the cause of his ED to be vascular in origin.

Yes I do practice in XXXXXXX and happy to know that we are from same place .You can relax and ask your queries ,I shall be happy to help you .

Thanks and Regards.
