Brief Answer:
You can try one vitamin product, for othres see below

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

Thanks for writing to us.

I can understand your concern. You have erectile dysfunction and also copd and hypertension.Already tried viagra and cialis. In this situation we have very few options left to treat this problem.

In these circumstances only safe option is one vitamin product called Tetrafol plus(contains levomefolate calcium 2.8 mg, pyridoxal 5-phosphate 25 mg, mecobalamin 2 mg). You can get this molecule mostly over the counter. If molecule with same trade name is not available, you need to search molecule with same content. This should be taken twice daily after meal. If you feel response in 20 days continue it for more 2 months or stop otherwise.

Other options are trazodone, yohimbine, cyproheptadine, testosterone. However these all are with side effects. Their effects also vary according to person and problem status. You need to consult doctor to discuss about these and if anyone is suitable to you , you can try under doctor's supervision.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr.Chintan Solanki.
