Brief Answer:
There is no reason to be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Enlarged protein level has nothing to do with the lymph node. Its only slightly elevated so protein rich diet can be the main reason for such result.
Single enlarged lymph node is not due to systemic disease for sure (like lymphoma). Most likely it has appeared as the response for some infection/inflammation in the close area. It could be throat inflammation, ear inflammation or even tooth inflammation.
As long as it does not grow, and there is no other, new lymph nodes, no need to be worried. Just keep an eye on it. Most likely it wont shrink, and can stay like that for a very long time.

You may recheck your protein level in a month if you feel worried about the current result.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Protein level is rather not combined with enlarge lymph node.

Detailed Answer:
Well, we may find some connection if we try. For example during the infection, as a part of immune response, the protein level can rise. And so is the lymph node.
Elevated protein level can be a sign of bone narrow diseases (when some cells produce too much immunoglobullins for example). But this gives significant protein elevation. Yours is rather slight so it does not seem to be a sign of any serious issue.
