Brief Answer:
Please provide more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hello there, Welcome to HCM.

I've gone through your query and appreciate your concern.

Now like previously already mentioned, you need to provide some details so that we can proceed with the factor/s which is/are causing this..

Please take a moment and try to answer the following questions so that we can arrive to some conclusion :

1. Since how long are you diabetic and what are the parameters currently ?
2. What was the reason for investigating Creatinine level?
3. Is there any other investigations also, if yes then please provide the reports ..
4. Are you having any past history of any other medical illness , specially related to Heart / Kidneys ?
5. Are you currently on any particular medications .. if yes please provide details..
6. Any problem passing urine ? Any history of infections ?

As you can see there might be several factors which can hamper the Renal function , so it's really important to narrow down the cause first and if that can be detected then treatment and management part actually become quite less troublesome for both the patient as well as physician..

So please be patient , take your time and provide the details so that I can guide you in a better way..

Awaiting for the answers..

Kind Regards

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back dear,

I can understand your concern. Now you really need to be more open towards discussion like this cause it's the small details which are the most useful for the instance .

Please share all the details of your medications(eg. Names of them to say the least) as you may know that in several cases , medications are prone for for quite a lot of side effects.

It's good that you don't have a history of any kidney disease but since it's your regular check up so there must be other investigations also, kindly share them .

You should know that none of our body organs work alone, each of their functionality and well being is inter-related , so please try to understand than that it's not a mere value of Creatinine but a whole bodily function we are discussing and treating in a greater aspect.

Also please let me know your occupational details , diet habits any smoking/alcohol lately , loose motion , vomiting perhaps ??

Please be free and share the details so that I can assist you further..

Regards
