Brief Answer: Following measures will help- Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX Thanks for your query. From description it seems to be soft tissue strain over elbow. This will generally resolve within few days by the following measures - * Rest to the injured part and don't involve in activities which puts additional strain on the injured tissues. * Ice packing should be applied for about 20 minutes once in every 2 hours. * Take anti-inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation. * Apply local anti-inflammatory gel 2-3 times a day.
