Suggest Treatment For Dry Skin
Question: I hv got too dry skin on my side of my nails is it dryness or fungus pls help

Hi there.
I notice your predicament vis-à-vis the photos provided.
How long exactly is this problem on-going for?
It is very possible that winter/cold will aggravate this.
Detergents (washing/bathing) are also common implicants.
If you are in the habit of using nail polish/varnish & other hand care products, this can very often cause 'allergies' or 'contact dermatitis'.
Please begin with avoiding afore-mentioned products et al & use a hydrocortisone butyrate or any steroid cream (eg LOCOID) for a period of 5 days used twice/daily.
Then, shift to a pure moisturiser..QV is an Australian brand that has good hand care moisturising creams.
Do help this will prove useful.

Hi there.
These questions relate to a different issue from the one we discussed the other day.
I have gone through the recent snaps.
The first issue on the neck appears to be 'acneiform' lesions.
The second issue albeit you say you did not scratch, shows scratch marks.
Please do visit your dermatologist or GP nearest you for a prescription of antibiotics & antihistamines.
Personally I would prefer an antibiotic called doxycycline hydrochloride 100mg taken twice/day for a 5-7 day period & an antihistamine called fexofenadine 180mg (Telfast is an international trade name) taken once /day for the same period.
